Refund and Return Policy — ArtPrintFeeling

Standard products You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artprintfeeling.com.

Custom/personalized products Custom and personalized art prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as production begins only after your approval of the design. This exception does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.

Defective or damaged products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@artprintfeeling.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EU consumers If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to a flat fee of €15.00, which will be communicated to you before initiating the return. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. All other statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law remain unaffected.
