Returns & Refunds — ArtPrintFeeling

Standard Products You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the store email address within the specified deadline. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Custom Products Prints made to measure or personalised at the customer's request (e.g. custom sizes, specific subjects, dedications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Art. 59(c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as they are goods made to measure or clearly personalised.

Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
